Welcome to Meridenbiz.com. There are many positive happenings in Meriden and we are continually welcoming new businesses to our friendly community. Our central location, business friendly city staff, and our outstanding quality of life make Meriden an ideal place for locating or expanding a business.
The Meriden business community is strong and vital with a great Chamber of Commerce that constantly advocates for businesses in town. My job as mayor is to encourage strong economic growth, support existing business, and provide efficient and effective municipal services to our business community. We meet with business leaders, focus on ways to improve services and programs, and generate creative ideas for attracting new ones.
Every business is important in Meriden, from the small, neighborhood shops to the internationally-headquartered companies. Our staff is in place to serve the needs of businesses and citizens, to continue to grow the city in ways that position us for the future. We’re well on our way and we look forward to serving you!
