Answer:	While the City of Meriden vigorously enforces its rules and regulations, it has a business-friendly atmosphere. Similarly, the State is working diligently to help business grow. Our division is ready at any time to help should an unusual, complex, or difficult situation arise. For example, we can help you find the right place for advice on opening a business, creating a business plan, or taking advantage of other business counseling, training and education offerings.
